A policy presentation delivered to the World Bank Group's Europe and Central Asia Vice Presidency — Territorial Development Team — as part of the Johns Hopkins SAIS Central Eurasia Practicum (April 2026). The analysis examines how Central Asian and South Caucasus countries can leverage trade and transport corridors to generate inclusive economic growth and jobs, identifying soft infrastructure modernization and regional coordination as the binding constraints on corridor performance. Prepared in collaboration with John Nickell, Nural Aliyev, and Zoha Noor.
